About Me

Outside of university some of my favorite things include:

• Non-violent communication. It's probably the one things that has most positively improved my quality of life.
• Meditation
• Climbing and bouldering

I've also spent some 10 years competing in artistic cycling*, a niche sport that combines gymnastics with cycling.

* my favorite fun fact about the sport is its amazingly unwieldly nomenclature: "transtition raiser regular seat reverse to raiser handlebarseat reverse"
